An error occurred on line &23.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- The I/O card Licensed Internal Code may not be working correctly.
-- Too many communications lines may be active at the same time.
Recovery . . . : When this condition occurs your line may still be running. Use the WRKCFGSTS command to determine if line &23 is running. For further action do the following: 1) Vary off the line and vary it on using the vary configuration (VRYCFG) command with RESET(*YES) specified. 2) The VRYCFG command will display a message for each active line. 3) Then vary off these lines and vary on line &23 to reset the line. This will cause the program to be loaded again. 4) If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The communications controller program followed a not correct procedure.
