Line &23 threshold information.

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The line may be busy.
-- The operator may have used an incorrect calling procedure.
-- Modems and automatic calling equipment may be turned off.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message if you have been successful in establishing a switched connection. If the telephone line to the remote station was busy, try again later. If you are using an incorrect calling procedure, contact the local telephone company for help. If your equipment is turned off, turn it on. The threshold function may be turned off or changed in the threshold (THRESHOLD) parameter on the CRTLINBSC command. To report the problem, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The number of call attempts, to a given telephone number or station has exceeded the threshold of calls attempted and caused a threshold error.
