Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The line description value specified in the CRTLINBSC command may be not correct.
-- The system machine instructions may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : Verify the ACRSRCNAME, RSRCNAME, or the INTERFACE values in the CRTLINBSC command. If the values are correct, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The communications equipment that is installed cannot support the specified protocol or line interface defined by the CRTLINBSC command.
