Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- Too many communications lines may be active at the same time.
-- Too many service functions may be active (for example, communications trace, input/output controller program trace).
-- Communications controller card storage was not available.
Recovery . . . : Reduce your communications work load by ending service functions that are not needed or by turning off lines that are attached to the same communications controller. Vary off the line and vary it on using the vary configuration (VRYCFG) command with RESET(*YES) specified. The VRYCFG command will display a message for each active line. Then you may choose to vary off these lines and vary on the line in error to reset this line. This will cause the program to be loaded again.
You may increase the amount of storage assigned by changing the MAXBUFFER value in the CRTLINBSC command.
If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The communications controller storage is in use, or was not reserved for use.
