Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The communications adapter card may not be working correctly.
-- The RSRCNAME value in the CRTLINBSC command may not be specified correctly.
Recovery . . . : Verify the RSRCNAME value in the CRTLINBSC command. If the RSRCNAME value is correct, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The port is not in an operational state.
