Line &23 threshold information.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following caused this message to be displayed:
-- The line may be busy.
-- The operator may have used an incorrect calling procedure.
-- Modems and automatic calling equipment may be turned off.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message if you have been successful in establishing a switched connection. If the telephone line to the remote station was busy, try the call again later. If an incorrect calling procedure was used, contact the local telephone company for help. If the equipment is turned off, turn it on. The threshold function may be turned off or changed in the threshold (THRESHOLD) parameter on the CRTLINASC command. If the problem continues, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : While trying to complete a call, an error occurred. A sufficient number of call attempts have been made to a telephone number or station and has exceeded the threshold value specified for calls completed with errors. A threshold error has occurred.
