Device &25 failed, recovery stopped.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The telephone line quality may be poor.
-- The local modem may not be operating correctly.
-- The communications adapter card may not be working correctly.
-- The remote computer equipment may not be operating correctly.
Recovery . . . : Consult the local telephone company to have the line tested to verify line quality. Have the remote operator run the diagnostics on the remote equipment. If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The remote computer equipment did not accept an acknowledgement for the data that was sent. Instead the remote equipment sent an enquiry (ENQ) block requesting that the acknowledgement be sent again.
