Logical channel on line &23 was reset by the network.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The state of the logical channel associated with line &23 should be checked, if remote system connectivity is desired. Receipt of this message does not normally indicate an error condition. However, if your line is not operational, then one of the following reasons could be the cause.
-- A local configuration problem.
-- An incorrect X.25 network subscription.
Recovery . . . : Ensure that the value specified in the Logical Channel Entries (LGLCHLE) parameter in line &23 matches the subscription information provided by the network supplier.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A RESET packet was received by the local system on a logical channel defined in line &23. This normally occurs when a remote DTE, attached to the local system by a permanent virtual circuit, restarts its HDLC link to the network. This could indicate that the remote DTE intends to connect to the local system. The packet had a cause code value of &37, and a diagnostic code value of &38.
