Port &28 error has recovered. Line &23 is running.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : This messages indicates that a previous error on this port has recovered, and the port is now operational.
Recovery . . . : You may ignore this message, because your line is running. A port in the port group that you specified was not operational for a period of time, but the condition that caused the problem has recovered. Messages for the errors that occurred were sent at the time of failure, so these messages can now be ignored as well.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Port &28 on line &23 is now working. One of the following may have caused the port to be not operational for a time, but the condition has now recovered:
-- A network time-out type 1 occurred.
-- A network time-out type 2 occurred.
-- A network time-out type 3A occurred.
-- A network time-out type 3B occurred.
-- A network call-progress-signal type 23 occurred.
-- A network controlled-not-ready condition occurred.
-- A network uncontrolled-not-ready condition occurred.
-- A data circuit-terminating-equipment unknown state timeout occurred.
-- A data circuit-terminating-equipment clock signal not present error occurred.
