Logical channel on line &23 was cleared by the local system.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : If your line is not operational, then one of the following reasons could be the cause.
-- A local configuration problem.
-- An incorrect X.25 network subscription.
Recovery . . . : Ensure that the value specified in the Logical Channel Entries (LGLCHLE) parameter for line &23 matches the subscription information provided by the network supplier. If the problem continues, contact your X.25 network provider.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A CLEAR packet was sent by the local system on a logical channel defined in line &23. This packet was sent in response to information received from the network. The packet had a cause code value of &37, and a diagnostic code value of &38.
