All logical channels on line &23 were restarted by the network.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : If your line is not operational, then one of the following reasons could be the cause:
-- A local system configuration problem.
-- An incorrect X.25 network subscription.
Recovery . . . : Ensure that the value specified in the Logical Channel Entries (LGLCHLE) parameter in line &23 matches the subscription information provided by the network supplier. If the problem continues to occur, contact your X.25 network provider to report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The local system received a RESTART packet on the identified line. The packet had a cause code value of &37, and a diagnostic code value of &38.
