Cause . . . . . : This is a temporary condition; however, if your line is not operational, the probable causes are:
-- The X.25 network is not working correctly.
-- The I/O card Licensed Internal Code is not working correctly.
Recovery . . . : If line &23 is not operational, do one or more of the following:
-- Contact the X.25 network provider to verify that the X.25 network is operational.
-- If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . :
A high level data link control (HDLC) frame sent on line &23 had a sequence number that was not correct. The network rejected the frame in error, by transmitting an HDLC frame reject (FRMR) frame in response to a previously received frame. The Z-bit was set indicating that the network considered the sequence number of the received frame not correct (Nr count not valid).
