HDLC frame sent on line &23 was rejected by the network

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Receipt of this message may indicate only a temporary condition, and the line may recover transparently. However, if your line is not operational, this error may have occurred due to:
-- A local system configuration problem.
-- An X.25 network problem.
Recovery . . . : Ensure that the Maximum Packet Size (MAXPKTSIZE) parameter in the line description, for line &23, matches that subscribed to from the network supplier. The MAXPKTSIZE parameter in the line description is used by the local system together with the Modulus (MODULUS) parameter to determine the maximum HDLC frame length to be expected. If the local and remote parameters do not match, the remote station may keep sending frames that are too large, causing the local station to respond with FRMR-Y, for each frame that is too large.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : An HDLC frame sent on Line &23 was considered by the network to have exceeded the maximum configured length. The network rejected the frame in error, by sending an HDLC frame reject frame (FRMR). The Y-bit was set, indicating that the network considered the length of the received frame to be greater than the configured value.
