CLEAR CONFIRM packet not received on line &23 within required time.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : This message may indicate only a temporary condition, and the line may recover. If line &23 is not operational, this error may have occurred due to:
-- An X.25 network problem.
-- The LGLCHLE value in the CRTLINX25 command may be specified incorrectly.
Recovery . . . : If line &23 fails, other messages will be displayed that may help correct this problem.
Ensure that the value specified in the Logical Channel Entries (LGLCHLE) parameter in line &23 matches the subscription information provided by the network supplier.
If the problem continues, contact your X.25 network provider.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A CLEAR CONFIRM packet was not received from the network, in the required time limit, after a CLEAR REQUEST packet was sent by the local system.
