Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The RSRCNAME value in the CRTLINX25 command may have been specified incorrectly.
-- The ACRSRCNAME value in the CRTLINX25 command may have been specified incorrectly.
-- The I/O card Licensed Internal Code may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : Verify that you have entered the correct values for the RSRCNAME and ACRSRCNAME parameters in your X25 line description (CRTLINX25 command). If these values are correct, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The communication port &28 is marked as already being used.
