Line &23 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The probable causes are:
-- An error has occurred in the communications controller program.
-- The external cable may not be correctly attached to the system.
Recovery . . . : Do one or more of the following:
-- Vary line &23 off, then vary it back on by specifying the RESET(*YES) parameter on the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command. If line &23 was not varied on because there are other active lines on the communication controller, a message will be displayed for each active line that must be varied off.
-- Vary off these active lines, then vary on line &23 again by specifying the RESET(*YES) parameter on the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command. This will reset the line and cause the program to be loaded again.
If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
