Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- Intermittent X.25 network problems.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message because your line is operational. If you are not satisfied with the operation of the network, contact your X.25 packet network provider. The threshold function may be turned off or changed in the threshold (THRESHOLD) parameter on the CRTLINX25 command. To report the problem, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Restart packets were received from the X.25 packet network, because errors were detected or the network was congested. This occurred often enough to cause the counter of the restart packets received to reach the value specified by the THRESHOLD value in the CRTLINX25 command.
