Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The local data circuit-terminating-equipment may not be working correctly.
-- The remote data circuit-terminating-equipment may not be working correctly.
-- The X.21 network may not be operating correctly.
Recovery . . . : Press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The local data circuit-terminating equipment sent a clear indication to the local communications adapter card during the establishment of a switched connection.
