Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- Too many service functions may be active (for example, communications trace, input/output processor program trace).
-- Communications processor storage was not available.
-- The configuration values in the CRTNWIFR command may not be specified correctly.
Recovery . . . : Reduce your communications work load by ending service functions that are not needed. Also, verify the configuration values in the CRTNWIFR command. If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The communications controller memory is in use or was not reserved for use.
