Probable local hardware failure on network interface &30.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The local data communications cable may not be working correctly.
-- The local data communications equipment may not be working correctly.
-- The local communications adapter card may not be working correctly.
-- The communications network equipment may not be working correctly.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the local modem is powered on and that the network is operational. If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis and report the problem.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A data set ready (DSR) time-out has occurred. The DSR signal was not received in the required time after a data terminal ready (DTR) signal was sent or the DSR signal just dropped.
