Line &23 failed, token-ring line is no longer connected to the ring.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The token-ring adapter has detected a wire fault condition in the cable or wiring between the token-ring adapter and the multiple station access unit (MSAU). As a result, the token-ring adapter has de-inserted from the token-ring network.
Recovery . . . : Ensure that all cables between the adapter card and MSAU are properly connected. If the failure has been isolated and corrected, then answer retry (R) to retry the failed line. If the problem persists press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : This message provides status about the ring.
