A network time-out type 7 occurred on line &23.

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The local network equipment may not be working correctly.
-- The operating system may not have allowed sufficient time for the network to provide control information.
Recovery . . . : Press F14 to run problem analysis. If problem analysis runs without errors, contact the network provider to verify the network is operating correctly.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The communications network failed to respond with network control information causing a T7 time-out error.
