Network interface &30 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- The operating system has sent a parameter value that is not correct.
-- An error has occurred in the I/O card Licensed Internal Code.
Recovery . . . : Load the I/O card Licensed Internal Code again. To do this, you must vary off the network interface and vary it on again, using the vary configuration (VRYCFG) command with RESET(*YES) specified. If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The communication controller program followed a procedure that is not correct.
