Line &23 status information.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The line, modems, or remote equipment may not be operating correctly.
-- The NRZI, FRAMERTY, or IDLTMR values in the CRTLINSDLC command may be specified incorrectly.
-- The communications adapter card may have failed.
Recovery . . . : Check the line, modems and remote equipment for proper operation. Verify the NRZI, FRAMERTY and IDLTMR values are specified correctly in the CRTLINSDLC command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The system, configured as a primary or negotiable SHM station, answered a call in, then polled the calling station with an XID. The calling station did not respond. When the system repolled up to the maximum retry limit (as defined in the line description), and still received no response, it cleared the connection.
