Message : CPI8FC6
Line &23 status information, the system work load may be too heavy.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused this condition:
-- The line configuration may not match the configuration of the remote device.
-- The end of record characters may be too close together in the data stream.
-- The system work load may be too high, so the system cannot service line &23 fast enough to receive all of the line data.
-- An error has occurred in the communications controller program.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the configuration parameters match those of the remote device, in particular the LINESPEED, ECHO, and PARITY values in the CRTLINASC command.
Also, verify that the end of record characters are not occurring too close together in the data stream. Use the communications trace function of the STRSST command to check the data stream to see if the end of record characters are close. If so, you may not be able to use end of record processing. Change the EORTBL value in line description &23 to indicate that no end of record table be used.
You may wish to reduce the number of jobs running in the system, to see if the system work load is causing the problem.
Load the communications controller program again. To do this, you must vary off all the lines that use the same communications controller as the line in error. To determine which lines are active and use the same communication controller, vary off the line and vary it on using the vary configuration (VRYCFG) command with RESET(*YES) specified. The VRYCFG command will display a message for each active line. Then vary off these lines and vary on the line in error with RESET(*YES) specified again.
