DIAGNOSTIC packet received on line &23.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A DIAGNOSTIC packet was received in response to an X.25 packet previously sent by the local system. The DIAGNOSTIC packet may have been sent due to:
-- A local configuration problem.
-- An incorrect X.25 network subscription.
-- A local system problem.
Recovery . . . : Ensure that the values specified in the Logical Channel Entries (LGLCHLE) and packet level Modulus (MODULUS) parameters in the identified line description match the subscription information provided by the network supplier.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The local system received a diagnostic packet on line &23. The packet had a cause code value of &37, and a diagnostic code value of &38.

When a diagnostic packet is sent, the packet to which it corresponds is not acknowledged. Therefore, another message may be received indicating that the line failed, or that a controller using the line failed. An architected 400 second timeout must occur before another message may be displayed.
