X.25 Network Layer Protocol Error Detected on line &23.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An X.25 network layer protocol error was detected by the local system. This error may have occurred due to:
-- A local configuration problem.
-- An incorrect X.25 network subscription.
-- An X.25 network problem.
Recovery . . . : Ensure that the values specified in the Logical Channel Entries (LGLCHLE) and packet level Modulus (MODULUS) parameters in the identified line description match the subscription information provided by the network supplier.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The local system detected an X.25 network layer protocol violation by the network on line &23. If received, the cause code value was &37, and the diagnostic code value was &38.
