Line &23 failed during insertion into the token-ring network.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- The token-ring adapter card detected a failure during the insertion process into the token-ring network.
Recovery . . . : Vary off the line and vary it on using the vary configuration (VRYCFG) command with RESET (*YES) specified. If the problem persists, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The token-ring adapter did not receive the necessary response(s) to the Request Parameters MAC frame from the token-ring LAN manager and/or the ring parameter server (RPS) required to attach to the ring.
