Line &23 failed during insertion into the token-ring network.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The following may have caused the problem:
-- A faulty token-ring LAN manager in the token-ring network.
-- A faulty ring parameter server (RPS) in the token-ring network.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the token-ring LAN manager program is running in the correct system on the network. If the problem persists, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The token-ring adapter received a Remove Ring Station MAC frame during the insertion process into the token-ring network. This frame is sent by the token-ring LAN manager on the token-ring network instructing a ring station to remove itself from the ring. As a result, the token-ring adapter has failed to insert into the token-ring network.
