Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused the problem:
-- The line may not be configured correctly.
-- The environment may be electrically noisy.
-- The modem may not be properly grounded.
-- The telephone line quality may be poor.
Recovery . . . : You may choose to ignore this message because your line is operational. Verify that your equipment is configured correctly. Refer to the IBM Systems Hardware Information Center Planning information for information about electrical requirements and noise problem considerations. Consult the modem manufacturer to determine the proper grounding technique to use. Consult the local telephone company to have the line tested to verify line quality. The threshold function may be turned off or changed in the threshold (THRESHOLD) parameter in the CRTLINX25 command. To report the problem, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Frame was found to be longer than expected. The long-frame threshold counter reached the value specified by the THRESHOLD value in the CRTLINX25 command.
