Cause . . . . . : The specified department value does not exist in the directory.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Press Enter without changing the department value. This adds the department value to the department file and to the user's directory information.
-- Move the cursor to the Department field and Press F4 to select a department already defined in the directory.
-- Change the department value to a value defined in the directory or type blanks over the value, and try your request again.
-- Press F3 (Exit) or F12 (Previous) to cancel your request.
