Cause . . . . . : The user permissions list has been changed because of one of the following reasons:
1) When a user is removed from the system distribution directory, the permission to work on the system that was given by this user to any other user is ended. Also, the permission to work on the system that was given to this user by any other user is ended;
2) When a user profile changes in the system distribution directory, the permission to work on the system that the first user had is given to the new user. Also, the permission to work on the system given to the first user by any other user is given to the new user.
