Cause . . . . . : A maximum of 36 users can be added to a department at one time. When 36 new members are specified, you cannot select any others at this time.
Recovery . . . : To add the 36 members to the department, press Enter. If all the entries are added correctly, the entry list is cleared. Then 36 more members can be added. While no maximum number of members exist for a department, only 36 can be added at one time.
