User's department &1 cannot be created because the department has not been shadowed to this system.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : User ID and address &3 &4 was shadowed to this system with department &1. Since department &1 does not exist on this system, it cannot be included in the directory entry for user ID and address &3 &4. The network user ID for this user is &2.
Recovery . . . : If you want the department on this system, you can add it using the CL command WRKDIRE (Work with Directory Entries), then press F13 to work with departments. Add department &1. Then add user ID and address &3 &4 as a department member. If your system supplies directory data to other systems, then department &1 will be shadowed to other systems. This could result in duplicate departments with the same name but with different member lists existing on your network.
