Data queue &4/&5 not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The data queue &5 in library &4 was not found, or cannot be accessed.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- If the data queue does not exist use the Create Data Queue (CRTDTAQ) command to create it.
-- Verify that the data queue name and library are correct, if they are not, use one of the action entry commands to change the SNDDTAQ parameter for the action entry.
