Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An X.25 network error occurred. The cause code is &3, the diagnostic code is &4, and the error code is &5. The error occurred while the user-defined communications application was using network interface &6, line &1, and communications handle &2.
The error codes and their meanings are:
X'32003050' - Network restart in progress.
X'42003230' - Restart request packet transmitted.
X'42003240' - Timeout on reset.
X'46003130' - Reset indication packet received.
X'46003138' - Restart indication packet received.
Recovery . . . : Correct any errors, and try the request again.
