Declare name &4 for file &1 in &2 member &3 cannot be deleted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The source system requested that declare name &4 be deleted from the declare name collection, but file &1 in &2 with member &3 is still open. File &1 in &2 member &3 is the file associated with declare name &4.
Recovery . . . : Before deleting the declare name, the source side must first close file &1 in &2 with member &3
