Cause . . . . . : i5/OS changed the public authority to *EXCLUDE when creating a file using distributed data management (DDM) file &1 in library &2. The reason code is &3. The reason codes and their meanings are as follows:
01 - An authorization list was specified on the create file command.
02 - Public authority *LIBCRTAUT was specified on the create file command and the target does not support this parameter value.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : If the reason code is 01, authorization lists cannot be specified with DDM files. If the reason code is 02, the target does not support the *LIBCRTAUT value on the AUT create file parameter.
