Declare name &4 for object &1 in &2 cannot be deleted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The source system tried to delete declare name &4 from the declare name collection, but the object &1 in &2 is still open. Object &1 in &2 is the file associated with declare name &4.
Recovery . . . : Before deleting the declare name, the source side must first close object &1 in &2.
