The threshold has been reached on I/O processor &26.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One of the following may have caused this condition: 1. The environment may be electrically noisy. 2. The number of times ECC was invoked has reached its threshold. 3. If communications, the modem interface signals may be electrically noisy. 4. If communications, the modem or modem eliminator may be causing extra transitions on the clear-to-send line.
Recovery . . . : The system will continue to run normally when this condition occurs, so you may choose to ignore this message. If this condition occurs often, you may wish to try a different modem. If you wish to report this condition, use the ANZPRB command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22. If this error is caused by communications then the following may be helpful: Unexpected requests for service are being received from the modem due to noisy signals from the local modem or cable. If this conditions is occurring often, system performance will be degraded.
