Time-of-Day function has failed on IOP &26, IOP &26 is operational

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Time-of-day function on the IOP card has failed. The IOP can still operate but any timed power-on functions, automatic power-on restart and IPL-related time-of-day activities are not available.
Recovery . . . : The IOP is operational without the Time-of-Day function. It is necessary to manually enter the Time-of-Day using the system commands available. Card replacement is required to regain Time-of-Day function. F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log ID is &22.
