Control panel battery either discharged or not connected.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The rechargeable nickel-cadmium battery located on the control panel cannot maintain a charge. The battery voltage is below a predetermined threshold. The battery is either weak, not connected to the charger circuit, or the charger circuit in the power supply is not functioning properly.
Recovery . . . : Press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log Identifier (ID) is &22.
