Cause . . . . . : IOP resource &26 for tape unit &25 (resource &28) detected an internal IOP program error.
Recovery . . . : Do the following:
1. Press F14 to run problem analysis.
2. Submit a LICTR to IBM; refer to "APAR or LICTR" in the Service Function User's Guide.
3. Record the following Technical Description and perform procedure TU-PIP4 in the Problem Analysis Guide.
