Cause . . . . . : The error occurred when reading the tape. Tape read problems may be caused by dirty read/write heads, worn tape, a damaged tape reel or cartridge, or by tape recorded in a format or density that is not supported by the System i5
Recovery . . . : Clean the tape unit with the proper cleaning cartridge or tape unit cleaner. Refer to the System Operator's Guide or to the tape unit Service Guide for additional information.
-- If a worn tape, format, or density problem is suspected, a copy of the tape must be obtained recorded in a supported format or density.
-- Press F14 to run problem analysis.
