Cause . . . . . : There are no mail service level fields defined in the system distribution directory.
Recovery . . . : To add mail service level fields to the system distribution directory, use the Change System Directory Attributes (CHGSYSDIRA) command with the USRDFNFLD parameter and specify a user-defined field with the field type of *MSFSRVLVL.
