Scan key list inconsistencies were found. Reason code &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Inconsistent scan key list information was found when comparing the exit program registration facility information with the system scan information. This scan key list information is associated with the integrated file system scan-related exit points. Scan key &2 in the system scan information did not have a matching scan key signature in the exit program registration facility. Therefore, the scan key signature for this scan key has been updated from &3 to &4 in the system scan information.
Reason codes and their meanings are as follows:
1-- Only one additional non-zero scan key signature was found for scan key &2.
2-- Two or more additional non-zero scan key signatures were found for scan key &2.
Recovery . . . : The recovery for each reason code is as follows:
1-- If the QUSEXRGOBJ object of type *EXITRG in library QUSRSYS has been restored, no recovery is required. However, you may want to confirm that the scan key &2 and scan key signature &4 are correct.
2-- You need to confirm that the scan key &2 and scan key signature &4 are correct. If the problem continues or cannot be corrected, use the Work with Problem (WRKPRB) command to work with any system detected problems that may have been logged. If there was not a system detected problem, use the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command to report the problem.
