Processing suspended for the &1 file system in ASP &2, reason &3.

Cause . . . . . :
Processing of the objects in the &1 file system in auxiliary storage pool (ASP) &2 for reason &3 has been suspended. The suspend return code is &4. Processing will be restarted or resumed when appropriate.
Reasons are:
1-Unicode updates for additional characters.

Suspend return codes are:
1-Objects in the independent ASP are not available.

Eligible file systems are:
*ROOT -- The "root" (/) file system.
*UDFS -- The user-defined file systems in ASP &2.
Technical description . . . . . . . . :
Internal step number &5.
