TI-RPC encountered a problem in the transport protocol.

Cause . . . . . : TI-RPC encountered a problem in the transport protocol. The error number received was &2. The reason code is &1. The reason codes and their meanings follow:
1: Cannot get transport information.
2: Bad transport information found. Transport Service Data Unit (TSDU) is too small, use a different transport.
3: Cannot send an RPC request.
4: Cannot receive an RPC reply.
5: Cannot get a transport state.
6: Cannot connect to server. Determine if the server is running and start it if necessary.
7: Bad transport state.
8: Unknown transport protocol.
9: Cannot bind a local transport endpoint.
10: Cannot receive an RPC request.
11: Cannot send an RPC reply.
12: Cannot create a transport.
Recovery . . . : If there are previously listed messages in the job log, perform the recovery for those messages.
If the Error Number is a value other than 0, determine the meaning of Error Number and perform the appropriate recovery for that error. See the Technical Description for how to determine the meaning of the error number.
Then try the operation again. Refer to any previously issued messages. If possible, correct the problem identified in the messages, then try the request again. If the problem continues or cannot be corrected, report the problem using the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command. If no previously issued messages are present, report the problem using the ANZPRB command.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Error Number &2 was received. The technical data was &3. To determine the meaning of the error number, do one of the following:
- Use DSPMSGD CPExxxx, where xxxx is the error number to display an error message containing more information about this error number.
- Display the following file that contains descriptions of error numbers: QSYSINC/SYS, member ERRNO.
