A problem occurred while trying to contact the RPCBind daemon.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A problem occurred while trying to contact the RPCBind daemon. The reason code is &1. The reason codes and their meanings follow:
1: RPC cannot contact the RPCBind daemon.
2: Cannot get address of service from the portmapper.
3: Cannot get address of service from RPCBind version 4.
4: Cannot get address of service from RPCBind version 3.
5: An unknown version of RPCBind daemon was requested.
Recovery . . . : Check if the RPCBind daemon is running or not. If there is no RPCBind daemon running, start the RPCBind daemon using the RPCBIND command.
If the RPCBind daemon is already running, ensure that the service that you requested is registered with the RPCBind daemon using the rpc_reg() API.
If there are previously listed messages in the job log, perform the recovery for those messages and then try the operation again.
