Message : CPIA1BF
Failure in processing the /etc/rpcbtab file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A failure occurred while processing the /etc/rpcbtab file. The reason code is &1. Error number &2 was received. The reason codes and their meanings follow:
1: The /etc/rpcbtab file contains damaged or incomplete data. The RPCBind daemon is terminating.
2: The /etc/rpcbtab file cannot be opened. The RPCBind daemon is terminating.
3: The /etc/rpcbtab file cannot be read or written.
4: The /etc/rpcbtab file was not found.
Recovery . . . :
If the file /etc/rpcbtab was not found, then the RPCBind daemon will continue to run without retrieving the registration information.
If the file /etc/rpcbtab cannot be opened or read successfully, then end the RPCBind daemon using the ENDRPCBIND command and restart it again without selecting to retrieve the RPC registration information. Register the server applications again with the RPCBind daemon and retry the operation.
If there are previously listed messages in the job log, perform the recovery for those messages and retry the operation.
If the Error Number is a value other than 0, determine the meaning of Error Number and perform the appropriate recovery for that error. See the Technical Description for how to determine the meaning of the error number.
If the problem continues or cannot be corrected, use the Work with Problem (WRKPRB) command to work with any system detected problems that may have been logged. If there was not a system detected problem, use the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command to report the problem.
